Questions about Using the Website

The videos for the training modules are too small. It is difficult for me to see what is being done.

A: When watching and pointing the mouse at the video, you will see a toolbar pop up at the bottom of the video. The right most icon looks like a small box and the words “Full Screen” should appear when the mouse points to it. Clicking this video will make the video much larger and take up the majority of your screen.

Nothing happens when I try to download the DRC, tracking documents, or other forms.

A: Look at the bottom of your screen for a small gray toolbar that lists recently downloaded documents. If you do not see this toolbar, open up your My Computer folder and look under “Downloads.” You should find the document in one of these two locations.
