Accessing Paper Copies of DRCs, OAS, and Progress Monitoring Reports

Paper Copies of DRC

If you would like to use a paper copy of the DRC, you can access a blank copy at the start of the day by visiting your Dashboard and clicking on “Print Empty” next to your student. You will then have a download of a paper version of the DRC.  This can be helpful to leave on the student’s desk for the day and make tally marks on each target category.  This also allows you to send the DRC home to parent(s) to see their child’s DRC for the day and leave communication for the parent(s), as well as for the parent(s) to communicate with the teacher.

Paper Copies of OAS

Open your student’s profile and click on their “Org Intervention” tab.  From here, you will be able to print the student’s OAS.

Paper Copies of Progress Monitoring Report

If you would like to access a progress monitoring report, visit the student’s profile and click on the “Progress Monitoring” tab.  Here you will see an option to print the progress monitoring report.  This will open in a new window that is printable.
