Changing a Student’s Status

On the student profile page, you can indicate a student’s status in three ways: Test, Active, or Archived.

To change a student’s status, click on the “Students” tab from your Dashboard and search for your student.  To the right of your student’s name, you will see a drop-down arrow next to “view.”  Clicking on the drop-down arrow will give you the option to change a student’s status.

If the student that you added is an active student with an intervention, you should make their status “active.”

When a student who has had an intervention successfully graduates from needing the intervention, you can change their status to “archived.” If you would like to re-activate a student who has been archived, click “show archived” and change their status back to active.

If you created a student as a “practice” or “test” case and the data you entered does not represent an actual student or the data should not be analyzed as a true case by CIRS, you should make their status “test”
